5-1 ホスト名の設定方法

  1. ホスト名の設定を行なう

    2. 専用サーバーにてホスト名が設定されていない際、サーバー機能により自動的に下記内容のメールがお届きになる場合がございます。

    cpanel@○○○.com(お客様のドメイン名).theplanet.host
    【件名】
    Problems with dns setup on ○○○.com(お客様のドメイン名).theplanet.host

    【内容】
    IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
    Unable to resolve your hostname (○○○.com(お客様のドメイン名).theplanet.host) to an ip address.
    This means that there is no dns entry for ○○○.com(お客様のドメイン名).theplanet.host. Please add an 'A' entry in your dns.

    Some are all of these problems can be caused by /etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager

    上記お知らせ(英文)に関しまして、該当サーバーにホスト名の設定が必要であり、ホスト名を設定してください という内容となります。
    つきましては、上記受信をされた場合、お客様サーバー側に設定が必要となります。

    設定方法についてご案内致します。

    ホストネーム変更方法
    【サーバー管理用コントロールパネル】
    https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2087/　へログインを頂きます。
    画像案内に従って変更作業を行ってください。
    （各画像はクリックすると拡大します）

    		変更/設定されるホストネームは”abc.お客様のドメイン名”にしてください。
    上記、abc　の部分は規則はありませんため、ご自由に入力下さい。
    変更後、SHELL（SSHが良いですが、TELNETでも可能です）に入りコントロールパネルを必ず再起動してください。

    再起動をしないとライセンスエラーが表示されます。
    上記完了されましたら、弊社カスタマー宛までご連絡をください。
    弊社にてAレコードを設定致します。
